United Way of Clark, Champaign, and Madison Counties raises more than $1.2 million

What’s happening: United Way of Clark, Champaign, and Madison Counties
raised more than $1.2 million during its 2025 annual campaign. According to the press release sent earlier this week, the campaign set a $1 million goal, and with the help of community members, businesses and partner organizations, that goal was exceeded.

What they’re saying: “When community members invest in our mission, they help neighbors of all ages and backgrounds overcome barriers to stability and success. Eighty-five cents of every dollar goes directly toward meeting local needs, which allows us to deliver maximum support where it matters most.” – Natalie Driscoll, United Way of Clark, Champaign, and Madison Counties Interim Executive Director 

Why it matters: Using a community-led funding process to direct resources where they will do the most good, the funds raised in this campaign will be distributed to support programs that improve education, financial stability and health across the three counties, impacting thousands of residents.
